OPV’s New Help Desk
In case anyone missed it, OPV launched a new way for customers to get support!
Our new Help Desk allows users to do the following:
- Create your own support tickets. Simply go here and submit a ticket.
- Track the progress of your support tickets. As we update your ticket, you will be notified every step of the way until it’s resolved.
- Project statuses.
- Pay Invoices online using your credit cards.
- Gain access to our Knowledge Base.
All you need to do is create your account at http://opv.worketc.com by clicking on “Register”. If we already have your contact details on file, you only need to create a password. For those that are not currently clients or if you have general questions, you can send a Support Ticket to support@opvinc.com.
